Breakfast was fantastic. The buffet was great. I would like to reference and applaud Sudarcha from the cafe - she was absolutely fantastic and very kind to myself and my family every morning. She works Tuesday to Saturday and makes an amazing coffee and hospitality!! Thank you Sudarcha for your kindness. Kind Regards Darren and family.

Location was good, whilst room was not available when we arrived at 4.15 which was a little disappointing given check in was from 3 and we advised we would be arriving around 3.15 the staff were great we were offered a free beverage in the bar while waiting for our room to be available and our bags were taken to our rooms in this time also. Loved that there was a shuttle service arranged for guests attending James blunt this was awesome and we didn't have to arrange Uber or taxi there and back a very simple process

Rooms: Tidy, clean, well-presented, Roomy. Bed: It is very comfortable and clean. It smells clean and good. The size is adequate. The pillows are super comfy. I wanted a similar pillow. would like to know, how to source one. Breakfast: Good atmosphere, can be improved. Menu change will help. The coffee machine gave me trouble on both days of my stay. Though staff are helpful. Car Park: Adequate, touchless pay system worked well. $20 per overnight, is okay, though discounted rates for over one-day booking will help. Doorman or Luggage transfer to the room: This service was not there during my check-in/Check-out. Definitely a thumbs down from my side. Online check-in/Check-out: Well done, save time and hassle. Keep it up.

We recently stayed at your hotel, and while the room was acceptable, I was disappointed that basic requirements such as water were not provided. and lights in the room were not working properly. I would like to highlight that the night staff, Henna, was excellent. However, the morning staff member on January 12, 2025, did not provide the level of service expected. She was unable to answer any of our questions and frequently apologized in rude manner without attempting to address our concerns or meet our expectations. I hope this feedback helps in improving guest service moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was neat and tidy. The location was really central to a lot of surrounding areas and was a short drive to Olympic Park for a weekend event we had on. The indoor pool and spa is always a big tick with kids when looking for places to stay also.

I came for the Taylor Swift concert and I absolutely loved that you organised buses to get us to and from the venue, and at a really affordable price too!

Closer to the supermarket it was very to to stay my whole family love it its our first time in that Hotel specially we came from victoria lovely and net and clean❤️❤️we love the ambience specially overlooking room we love it

The room was very spacious and well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, firm but incredibly soft and comfortable with clean, crisp bedding and good pillows.
